Atlas' client is constructing 4 standalone homes with lake views in Queenstown. Off-site construction meant that standard banking and credit lending was not available.
Atlas refinanced a portfolio of the client's assets to gear up for equity release to allow all 4 homes to be placed on site. After that has been done, Atlas will arrange in situ valuations of the stock and provide additional funding to complete CCC and title.
All homes are pre-sold unconditionally via an agent.
