Atlas Capital is currently structuring funding for an ongoing 31-lot lifestyle subdivision in Clyde, Central Otago, with a forecast gross value of $17 million (zero-rated) upon completion. The facility supports the land acquisition, consent process, and civil works across the 90-hectare site. A proposed $10 million senior secured facility will be used to fund the project in stages, aligned with development milestones and lot sales.
