    Off-site construction meant that standard banking and credit lending was not available.

    Atlas refinanced a portfolio of the client's assets to gear up for equity release to allow all 4 homes to be placed on site. After that has been done, Atlas will arrange in situ valuations of the stock and provide additional funding to complete CCC and title.
